copy reports between workspaces

Since you intend to change the data source, you will need the pbix that contains the semantic model and the report and then change the data source. Once published, you can download the remaining others as thin reports, change the semantic model they're using and then publish them.

As already suggested by rohit1991 and danextian you'll need to download the PBIX file containing the semantic model, open it in Power BI Desktop, and switch the data source from SQL Server to Snowflake and then republish to desired Workspace.
