Connected

Hi All , 

Struggling with some basic dax. 

I have a measure 

onnected Status = 
IF(
ISBLANK([Working Days in This Period]) || ISBLANK([Working Days in This Period 2]),
BLANK(),
IF([Days Missed] >= 1, "Not Connected", "Connected")
)

Days Missed = [Working Days in This Period 2] - [Working Days in This Period]

So working days in this period is a date diff from there indivudal meters from start to end date , the working in this period 2 is the start to end date of the table. 

This allows me to do working days in this period 2 - working days in this period and if it is above or equal to 1 there is missing data. 

Connected = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('National Grid Data'[Meter Name (groups)]), FILTER('National Grid Data' , [Connected Status] = "Connected"))

Not Connected new = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('National Grid Data'[Meter Name (groups)]) , FILTER('National Grid Data',[Connected Status] = "Not Connected"))

So from the above example it should day one is not connected however it says none are and that all devices are connected ?

Any help would be appericated,
