Hi Power BI Community, hoping someone can assist with what I am trying to achieve with conditional formatting on my "Actual productivity" column. Example data/columns:Target productivity90% of targetActual productivity80%72%85%80%72%75%80%72%70% ie Green = greater than target productivity Orange = within 90% of traget productivity Red = below 90% of target productivity Thanks in advance.

ie Green = greater than target productivity

Orange = within 90% of traget productivity

Red = below 90% of target productivity
