Conditional Formatting: wrong individual format

KBUIUS that is the issue, conditional formatting is using sum of net loss but in visual you are showing non summarize data, and that is the problem. You are working with two different numbers.

so how can I apply Conditional Formatting on the "raw" data without any calculation?
