Conditional formatting for row headers in matrix visual

There is still no possibility to have condittional formatting for column headers, if it's not dynamic you can try and use the blog post I have written:

I tried your solution but the problem with it is, if i have to hide rows then have to make it zero size i.e to shrink where i have word wrap on and if i turn off word trap to shrink the column then it is getting applied to all the objects from rows section which i don't want because i have really long text and need word wrap.
Any other solution would be welcome.
