Conditional Formatting based on Field Values

Hello Community,

I am trying to create a matrix table as shown above. My goal is to add databars based on 3 conditions.

Variance >10%: Green,
Variance<-10%: Red,
else Grey.

I am not able to find "Field Values" in Format Style. Please guide me where I have to do it right.

Thanks a lot!

Shruthi

  • Hi Shruthiyua,

    Please follow the below steps:
Make sure you are using a matrix and choosing a specific column and under that conditional formatting.

Following above steps you'll be able to see format style- fields value.

After choosing field value. Pick your meausre or column created for confitional formatting.

      Hi grazitti_sapna ,

      Thanks for the response!

I hope the your response checks for Background color on 'Values' in Matrix table.

I am looking to add conditional formatting for 'Values' (in this case Variance %) with Databars based on Format Style  -> Rules/Field Value.

I am able to look at Rules/Field Value for Background color, Font Color etc., but not for Databars.

      Thanks,

      Shruthi
