    Hi sujitjena 

    Add the [Conditional Format] measure to a "Advanced card" visual, then set the Format->Conditional option as below

    Change the measure to below:

    Conditional Format = IF([GP Deployed FYTD]<[GP Deployed LYYTD],1,0)
