    HS_PDS create  a measure for color to check the threshold and then use that measure to highlight for conditional formatting.

     

    Below Threshold color = 
IF ( [Your Measure] <= [Threshold Value], "Red" )

I initially knew that field base values use text, and should have thought of the helper column.

 

Thanks again! Now I need to create a column to count each of teh highlighted values! 😄
