Complex filter: "Hours per week"

Hi guys,

I have a table where people book hours. However, some of the "entities" that book hours are not people, but teams comprising of more people.
I only want to filter  out the people. A rule of thumb is that people book a max of 50/60 hours per week, whilst teams can book hundreds of hours per week.

Weekly example:
Johan Akerfield - 41 hours
Bob Bedroom - 32 hours
X team - 200 hours

How can i create a calculated column, where based on the average hours per week I can determine whether a row is a person or a full team?

  • Hi Anonymous ,

Then you will have to do a column where the total per week is accumulated. Probably use Calculate based on person and time frame.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi Anonymous ,

    IF(Average(Table[Hours])<50,"Individual","Team")

      Hi Nathaniel,

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately it does not work, everyone has been flagged as "Individual".

People book daily (6-9 hours), but I want to base the filter on the weekly average.
