Compare values from and filter

I have an Org Structure where I want see data for the Manager.

However when I put it in a tabe I show the column manager and so it pulls up their manager too

Level1
Level2
Level3
Level4

So when I select Level4  from filter ,In te table it should not give me level4's data but everyone under level4.

Currently I am bringing data in the format 

Manager  (Which gives me level 4's manager) and Spent.

So if Level 4 -  Persons - A B C who report to him

I currently see data this way ...

Manager (Level4's manager) - Spent

Level4 (for A) - Spent

Level4 (For B) - Spent

Level4(For C) - Spent

How can I compare the values dynamically to say check levels and see if the Person_Name  is the same as level(1,2,3,4) then don't bring their manager. And then I filter out this value for the manager. OR is there a simpler way to do so?
