Is there in Power BI a feature that allows users to write commments?

Anyone can see these comments?

    Yes, in DAX a comment starts with:

     

    //

     

    That's a single line comment

     

    Also:

     

    /* */

     

    is supported for multiple lines of comments

     

    Everyone can see these.

      Ha ha ha.  /* */ throws an error:  "The syntax for '/' is incorrect . . . "  It's a very simple construct.  No spaces in front of the first delimiters or anything.  I've used this in TSQL a thousand times.

    I'm not sure I get the question in this thread since comments is already a feature that can be enabled or disabled and have a question about commenting so hope this is the thread for it.  I want to know if comments are restricted to only those the comment is directed to using the @ symbol.  Or will everyone see the comments when viewing the report?  If so, is there a way to only allow comments to be seen by those they are directed to-- I have row-based security working and individuals can just see their information, but I'd like them to be able to comment and ask questions on their scores for instance where the comments are just seen between the Assessee and Assessor.
