Combining two rows by creating new columns

Hello Power BI community,

I have a table that contains measurements, and there's an individual row for left and right side:

I would like to have these rows combined like this, with the id and time column determining which rows to combine:

I'm thinking that this should be done with Power Query, but I'm not sure. I tried searching the forum but could not find similar question.
