Column Header disapearing when filtering

Hi,   I have a trouble. When I filter on Oscar, where there is no actuals numbers, the actuals column to the right disapears.                           How should I do to avoid ...

    try this, click arrow next to product in value and choose "show data with no value", see if that works.

    Anonymous what not worked? not sure what you tried from the two solutions.
