Chart order changing upon publishing

Hello. Please see the attached.

I am using the November release of PowerBI. When I have the dashboard open on desktop, the line chart looks like the right of the attached image. It is sorted from the last few weeks onwards, with the latest week being on the right. The axis is a derived column which is the first day name and date of the week.

I have sorted the chart by adding a date tooltip, selecting latest date and then ordering my chart by this (as soon in the right of the photo)

This works fine until I publish it. Once it has been published the order changes from the current week being on the right, to the current week being on the left. (see left chart on attached image)

Is there any reason this is happening or does anyone know a better way for me to achieve this?

Thanks

This might be an issue whereby upon publishing it's not reflecting the sort option that you've selected, and instead it's sorting by what looks like the text of the column you're shoving into the axis. What happens if you select your derived column and then outside of the actual visual you tell it to sort by your actual date column?

What do you mean outside of the actual visual?

The data is stored in an SSAS cube - do you mean try sorting it in the cube?

I mean go into the data view in Power BI, you should be able to select what you're putting into the axis, and then on the modelling tab you should have a "sort by column" option
