You can achieve this using USERELATIONSHIP in a measure instead of changing the active relationship.
ActualClosures =
CALCULATE(
COUNT(FactTable[ID]),
USERELATIONSHIP(DateDim[Date], FactTable[ActualDate])
)Use this measure in your table visualization.
When a user selects a bar from the Actual Closures graph, it will filter based on Actual Date.
No need for separate pages
