Categorizing data based on column

I have data that looks like this:

IDNameTeamDepartment
1JaneHuman Resourcesnull
2JohnTrainingnull
3DoeTalent Acquisitionnull

I want to fill the Department column (which would all be "Human Resources Department") - I have previously used Conditional Column to create this Department column, but I had to specify the Team one by one and repeat the department for each team. Is there a way to call out the Department  first, and then add values from the Team column so categorizing my data is faster?

Thanks!

    Hi, Anonymous ;

    You can use the Or function , or use input data to connect relationships.

    If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.
