Card Visualization Value

Hi ,   I m using direct query to fetch some live data's from SQL, currently i have 2 CARD with the result, Is there anyway i can minus (-) the value from one card to other.   I need one more card...

    Fixed value in text box.

     

    Currently USE is fetching from SQL
