Cant Load Visual Error is below.
Query (49, 3) Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Caching.Redis, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicToken= C219ff1ca8c2ce46' or one of its dependencies.
This is a smart narrative error in Power BI. The visualization used to work. This started after June 2023 update.

Exact same issue here as well
Same issue on my end as well. Another colleague couldn't even find the Smart Narrative visual in the dropdown - only found it when using the search bar up top.
