Cannot 'OK' Option changes in desktop

I have been putting up with this issues for such along time and nothing fixes it.   I am trying to turn off time intel feature.  Go to option deslect and click ok (in green)     Ok button ...

    Thank you all.  In the end I clearing the zip / cache didnt work alone.  I unistalled and cleared the Power BI folder completley and now working
