Cannot change data type text to date ,It error
I have raw data ,Format on Excel and Qlikview is date ,but the same format on Power BI is text .when I chang data type text to date it error

One of ways to solve this is, in two steps, to change the data type to Date/Time data type, and then change it to Date data type.
Or, in one step, please try to write M code something like below.

I'd like to suggest you change type with the 'use locale' option, it allow you to manually choose the source value locale to help power bi correctly recognized these value and transform data types:
