Try This:
Best NEW = VAR BEST = CALCULATE( MAX(SALES[Sales]),ALLEXCEPT(SALES,SALES[Consultant])) RETURN BEST% vs BEST = DIVIDE( SALES[Sales], SALES[Best NEW] )________________________

Best NEW =
VAR BEST = CALCULATE( MAX(SALES[Sales]),ALLEXCEPT(SALES,SALES[Consultant]))
RETURN
BEST
% vs BEST =
DIVIDE(
SALES[Sales],
SALES[Best NEW]
)
