calculated column with Isblank
Hi,
This is my dummy data but actually, I want to work on a huge dataset.
GPP is a calculated column. If the Description column is blank then "NO" else "YES".
I tried to use If ISBlank function but sometimes it gives correct output sometimes not.

Is Blaknk = if(isblank([description]) , "Yes" ,"No")
Not is blank = if(isblank([description]) , "No" ,"Yes")

GPP = IF(MAX('Table'[Descriptions]) ="","No","Yes")

It is possible that the cell is not empty, so for instance if there was a space in the cell. Is there any way to check that in your data?

How exactly does that formula not work? You need to be specific and show the incorrect results. The formula works fine for me even woth a cell that just contains spaces.
If you can share some actual, real data, specifically the data that gives the incorrect result, that would help.

As mentioned by Nathaniel_C, maybe you have space in column,please try the following :
GPP1 = IF(MAX('Table'[Descriptions]) =" " || ISBLANK(MAX('Table'[Descriptions])),"No","Yes")
