ahuhn,

Do you use Power BI Desktop September version 2.62.5222.761? I can enter HEX color code or click on the custom color in this version.

    I have version

     

    2.62.5222.601 64-bit (September 2018)

     

    I can select a colour from the box, but not enter a HEX
