Box-and-Whisker Plot Default Summarization

I'm trying to create a box-and-whisker plot with appointment times on the x-axis and total process duration on the y-axis. However, it's not letting me disable Default Summarization (despite the "Modeling" tab showing me that it's disabled). Anyone have any advise so I can get a proper graph?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    I still have a little confused confused about your scenario.

    Do you mean that you want to set the Default Summarization to be Don't Summarize?

    If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
