Which chart / what is the best way to display or perform analysis on boolean value data type in Power BI ?

That would depend heavily on what kind of analysis/insight you are hoping to gain. Do you have a lot of categories, very few categories? Any chance you can post some sample data? There is not a lot to go on here.
