Blank Map - not firewall or cache issue
Hi all! I was trying to use the map visualisation using a post code (data was categorised) and the map i just a blank screen. I know it's not a firewall issue because bing maps does work on Exc...
Hi TynaDD ,
In my tests, when my Power BI Desktop is not logged in to any account, it shows a blank, the same as you.
And when I login a account,it will be the below:
Logging out of the account again and opening the file again.

And if you use an account in a talent,need administrator to check the below:

In my tests, there are no problems so far, refer:
Can you pls provide your pbix file, remembering to delete confidential data, I will test your file locally.Also you can try entering my data and see if you get yi'zhi in the map.
