    Hi wlknsn ,

    In your scenario, I would use the following DAX query to do that:

    Result =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Data[Monthly fee] ),
    FILTER (
        ALL ( Data ),
        Data[Start Date] <= MIN ( 'Date'[Date] )
            && Data[End Date] >= MAX ( 'Date'[Date] )
    )
)

    The result will like below:
