based on continuous values result

Hi All,   I have daily customer data in that if value continuously 7 then consider as 1 please find below example kindly help me.   Date Customer ID Value 01/10/2023 11100 7 02/10/20...

the minimum not interruption is what should it be: 4 or 3 or 2?

daily datewise If continuous value 7 then need to consider result as 1 please refer below result.
