Bar Line Chart: Line Sum Issue

Hi, 

I am trying to make a bar and line combo chart. My bars work fine but when I add the line to the chart, the line sums all data into one flat line by summing all the data in the column. This is monthly data for both the line and bars, and it is connected via a date table. A snip of the data can be found here:

As said the bars look fine, coming from the "Table for Bars" Col1 and Col2. The issue arises when I add Col3 into the line y-axis, it takes the sumation of Col3 and uses that for every month (in this case 14.5), rather showing me Col3 value month to month. The end result is a clustered bar chart, and a flat line across it, when it should be a bar chart with the value from Col3 at every given month as the line. Note that the Date field being used to produce the end chart comes from the Date table, which both data tables are connected to on their respective date fields.
