    Hi Syndicate_Admin ,

     

    I suggest you to try code as below to create a measure.

    Measure = 
IF (
    HASONEVALUE ( 'Table'[Colegiador Eycc] ),
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Totales] ) ),
    AVERAGEX (
        VALUES ( 'Table'[Colegiador Eycc] ),
        CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Totales] ) )
    )
)

    Result is as below.
