aster plot direction

I am noticing that my aster plots now go counterclockwise instead of clockwise with increasing values of category.  This didn't happen a few months ago and have some side by side plots with the same data to show it.  I can't seem to figure out what is causing it.  Any hints?  Since I am trying to show wind direction and intensity, the direction that increasing category spins around the circle is important.
