Apply percentage split on fixed value

Hello,

 

could you please help me with following...?

I would need to apply two steps to get desidered results:

 

Step 1.  I need to show / calculate the values in the first table as percentages. (blue example, Total is 100%)

Step 2.  I need to split the costs in Credit card one time fee table (red example) BASED ON THE PERCENTAGES calculated in step one.
