Application not opening
Hi susanschomig - That error message typically indicates an issue with the .NET framework, system permissions, or corrupted Power BI files.
can you cross check the vm configuration at least 8GB
Try running Power BI as an administrator>>Right-click on the Power BI shortcut>>Select Run as administrator.
check if there are any power bi related error logs from event viewer.
Delete Power BI-related folders:
C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop
C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop
