Append query duplicating Current Table?

When using Append query in new 64-bit version for three or more tables the current table is being duplicated and there's no remove button.   is Anyone having this problem?

I haven't seen it. However I assume you can remove the duplicate in the Power Query Language (PQL).  Given there are multiple arguments, you should be easily able to work out the syntax and just remove the duplicate.
