Analytics in Box and whisker Plot chart

Hi,

 

I am trying to replicate spotfire reports to power bi, in the process data represented in box and whisker plot chart with analytics on top of it such as median,Quartile1(P25),Quartile3(P75) in spotfire reports.

I have used box and whisker plot in Power BI from cutom visuals it doesn't support analytics to show above anaytics median,Q1,Q3..

is there a way that Box and whisker chart in Power BI supports analytics? if not can you suggest me similar chart that support analytics related to Box and Whisker plot chart?

    Based on my research, unfortunately, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Box and Whisker plot for now.

    As a workaround, you could add a built-in visual and set Analytics line or measure in it.

    There are Analytics for each category in the visual.

    Is "Analytics in Box and whisker Plot chart" you want to use the Analytics pane in Power BI Desktop?

    If so, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for custom visual for now.

    If not, what is "Analytics in Box and whisker Plot chart" you want?

      Thanks for the reply.

      Is "Analytics in Box and whisker Plot chart" you want to use the Analytics pane in Power BI Desktop? - yes

      I am looking for analytics tab option as you mentioned above. the reason is that in the graph that you shown that we could see Median,Q1,Q2 for each Box and Whsiker. but my requirement is to show overall medain,Q1,Q3 not to specific category.

      I don't think it's possible with out analytics tab.

      is there any work around for this to show overall medain,Q1,Q2 in Box and Whisker plot?
