You have changed the hierarchy of fields. This is not the solution.
We can conclude that Sunburst chart only supports base level Drilled Through(only 1 level). If we use drill through on hierarchical basis it fails.
I can't able to share .pbix on this platform. Don't know why.I have shared the link of google drive and you can find the .pbix file here. Just download it and open in Desktop version. Thanks.
