add image/video buttons do not work

I have Chrome and cannot upload images/videos to help with my questions

 

Been having the issue past week or so.

 

Tried clearing cache, restarting, clearing history --> nothing works.

 

Tried in Edge and IE, and neither work there either.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?

    My Chrome has the same issue, and been having the issue past week or so too.

    but IE and Firefox browser work well.

    So as a suggestion, you could try to use Firefox browser and it should work well.
