A sperate tool tip for each column

Hi,

I have the below viz.

Is it possible when anyone mouse over Product Count it shows last 12 months product count?

Is it possible when anyone mouse over Quantity it shows last 12 months Quantity?

So we have total 7 measures in the above matrix report

And If I create 7 tool tip page

1. Last 12 Month Product Count.

2. Last 12 Months Quantity.

3. Last 12 Months Avg Price.

4. Last 12 Months Total Spend.

5. Last 12 Months % of Total.

6. Last 12 Months MOM$.

7. Last 12 Months MOM%.

How I will incorporate each tooltip page with each column?

Any help would be appreciated.
