In your calendar table you are having a column for PY values though it is not needed.

You can consider the following:

1. Create a simple measure to count the tickets

TicketCount = SUM ( 'Sales Ticket'[Ticket_Count] )

2. Add another measure for PY

TicketCount_PY = CALCULATE ( [TicketCount], SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR ( 'Calendar'[Date] ) )

Use these 2 measures in your matrix against the date from the Calendar not from your 'Sales Ticket' table
