Matrix Magic

For this matrix challenge, the base layout, icon formatting, and data bars were already beautifully done by Lakshmi Ponnurasan. My contribution was enhancing the color palette and overall theme, and adding a slicer for easy filtering by college name. I hope the final result looks nice and useful!
