Helpdesk Performance Dashboard
Hello PBI Community,
I present Helpdesk Performance Dashboard. The dashboard captures monthly performance of a Helpdesk Company.
The dashboard follows a business dashboard layout with:
- Executive View
- Detailed View
The Executive view has a modern approach to KPIs and single year slicer highlight in the KPI cards
Navigation Panel Available
MOM change based on slicer selection
The Detail view provides modern touch to the detail table with DAX involving SVG to capture pill colored by Severity
Conditional formation on the ticket status
