Finding Assigned Cert Vouchers

I removed a 50% discount and applied a free voucher when scheduling an exam.  I passed the exam and want to use the 50% off discount for the dp-700.  The issue is I don't know how it was applied to my account other than the discount said something like online event.  Is there a way to find all of the vouchers/discounts assigned to you?  Thanks
