Error when trying to create a dataflow gen 2.

We ended up with opening our fire wall to specific IP's that we could see that they are being used and that fixed the problem.
Yeah finally, we got it fixed to. The sysadmin set a rule like this:
outgoing IP: 0.0.0.0 (essentially any IP address)
protocol: TCP
port: 1433
