Dataflow and export json option
Hi, In dataflow gen2, we have the option to Export .json. But, how do we import the json back? Regards
There is currently not an option to import from a .json file. However, you do have the ability to export and import from a template. Below is the link that talks more about Power Query templates:

why is this process now harder and more cumbersome? i thought upgrades were supposed to make things easier 🙂
You have a couple of options today. Once you enable the GIT integration where you can see the full files for your Dataflow. You can also use the REST API to get the full item definition as well:
