cancel a "hung" dataflow Gen2
More often than not the cancel request will be ignored and you have to wait the full 24 hrs before the refresh times out. Raise a ticket with Microsoft each time this happens. The more of us do that the sooner Microsoft will acknowledge this to be a real world business issue.
Yes - if you go into the workspace list and select the 3 dots next to the Dataflow, you should be able to see a contextual menu with actions. One of them should be "Cancel run". Do feel free to share screenshot of the contextual menu that you see.
This is available for Dataflow Gen2 (CI/CD).
