Where to select pbiviz.json?

I am learning to develop a Microsoft Power BI Custom Visual under the instruction of Hands on Lab: https://www.microsoft.com/handsonlabs/selfpacedlabs/details/SQ00158  . However, I got stuck since I can't find the file pbiviz.json in the Visual Studio Code window. Anyone knows where to find it? Thanks!
