when I got sharepoint excel data, powerBI load many unknown data

Hi,  When I use PowerBI connect to sharepoint excel file, and load the excel data to powerBI, I found there are many unknown data. The source file actual records are 4000, however, PowerBI get 24000...

Excel has workbooks with sheets. Sheets can contain tables and ranges.  Oftentimes users work with an excel file for a long time, making many edits, additions deletions, moves etc.  It is possible to have a range defined with 24000 rows, but only 4000 of them actually contain data.

 

You can either clean up your excel file (copy/paste your data to a new file) or you can use Power Query to remove blank rows.
