Unable to download Power BI
I am not able to download Power BI Desktop
Here is the error message

Message: AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/silentauth?silentauth=aad&f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application 'e5646d90-d003-4db5-9698-d6d2b03d88c5'. Make sure the redirect URI sent in the request matches one added to your application in the Azure portal. Navigate to https://aka.ms/redirectUriMismatchError to learn more about how to fix this.

What link are you used? I'd like to suggest you try to use the official download center links to confirm if it works:
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
If the above also not works, please contact to your IT to confirm if any additional policy or rules that may blocked azure or power bi services.
