Tooltips not showing properly in the app

Hello,

 

I am devoloping a dashboard where the pages are pinned from different reports. I am facing follwoing issue.

 

In the workspace both origin report and dashboard show custom tooltips as expected:

 

 

The origin report and also the dashboard are published to the app from the workspace.

 

In the app if I open the report then I got correct tooltip(same as above) but if I open the dashboard in the app then the tooltips is set as default:

 

 

*The report pages with tooltips have also been published to the app and pinned to the dashboard.

 

Any idea what I am doing wrong or how to solve this issue?

    Hi MT22 ,

     

    As far as I know, Dashboards don't support page tooltips.

    For reference: Create report tooltip pages in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

    Here I have a test in Power BI Service.

    Hi Rico,

    thanks to pointing me to the article. I also find out that if I at first open the report and after that the dashboard then the tooltips works fine.
