Text Input into power report to be used as visual title

Can power bi capture text to used as cutom title?

I have 4 'what if' scenarios in a powerbi report, and the user wishes to enter text in the report to further explain each chart.

 

Is there a text box custom visual?  

or is there a method using R script or a Powerapp?

    As of now Power BI has no memory and no write-back capabilities. PowerApps Visual is an option but it is very klutzy.

     

    Vote for the write-back ideas.
